LG Optimus P500 will not support flash. if you want to install/run Flash then you need to upgrade your hardware in P500. Contact LG mobile support service center to upgrade.

Short and simple answer is: you can't.
For many reasons such as the processor isn't powerful enough, you cannot install flash player on the LG P500.
I should know, I have the same phone, and I have the same problem. :( As of now, I don't think Flash Player will ever work on the LG P500

has simplified and consolidated the download process of driver and
manuals. No CDs are included with the phone because the time when the phone is purchased, the CD program is obsolete.
Now a single application retrieves files from LG. All you need
to do is download the tool, run it, enter the information from the back
of the phone (battery removed and it will download the required drivers.
You should still visit the website in order to get the step by step instructions if there is a problem.
Choose
to open or run the file or you can run after download, provide the
necessary IMEI and serial # and it will download the correct USB driver
once selected from the File menu in the program.
