The steam not only removes wrinkles, it freshens the fabrics - making them look cleaner. You can use this steamer on clothing, bedding and table linens and also to remove.

My handheld Conair garment steamer is heating up but not producing steam. How do I fix this?

A handheld steamer uses hot steam to relax the fibers in clothing. A jet of steam is directed at the cloth suspended on a hanger. A steam wand at the end of a hose is held a short distance from the cloth - providing a smooth look without the application of scorching heat to the clothing.Steamers are ideal for soft and delicate fabrics like silk, satin, polyester and jersey. Home Touch clothes Steamer! Won't turn on..

Steam is a tried and true sanitize. And unlike some abrasive cleaners, steam is both penetrating and gentle at the same time. It effectively sanitizes because it can reach high temperatures (above the boiling point of water) in pressurized atmospheres. And, by effectively re hydrating and breaking the bonds of muck and dirt, it's highly effective at spot-cleaning and deodorizing without all that rough treatment. And irons, of course, use steam to work the wrinkles out of fabrics when dryers don't cut it.

How do you clean a Home touch PS 250B clothes steamer?

I have a hand steamer and use it every time I wear a garment that's a wrinkle-magnet. Usually it does the trick but I may have to steam it for five to ten minutes. Floor steamers that are often used in department stores have a larger capacity water tank and tend to be the most effective. But they also cost a lot more than a hand-held steamer.

Why do water drops form om my clothes while steaming

You have a build up of water In the hose. Sometimes happens because the hose is too low to the ground. Try stretching the hose up and tap it and the water should travel back down the hose.
Another reason could be that you are using too much steam for that particular fabric.

My clothes steamer won't keep putting out steam stops after about 5 min

It sounds like it is shutting off on high temperature because of a line/scale obstruction. You may need to descale it. Use CLR (available from home improvement stores or supermarkets) or something similar. That should get it back in operation.

Would you return this PS200 steamer?

If the steamer starts making a "gurgling" noise, like its running out of steam, hold the hose straight up for several seconds. It says to do this in the manual and gets the steam flowing again--works great!
