My running board treadmill frame broke

Electronic card malfunction. You need to change the mosfet material on it.

Try a 2 part epoxy resin based adhesive and build a layer over the join at the back as well as putting it between the join surfaces, make sure surfaces are clean and rough all glued areas up with sand paper, do not clamp, and don't disturb for 24 to 48 hours.

Check the connections where the panel is located to make sure they are all secure. If you have done that it sounds like a loose solder connection on the display board. I would recommend checking all wire harness connections by unplugging and replugging back in each one.

Corrine, That knob is spring loaded. You need to pull it out...Hard. Before you do this ,support the walk board/deck frame. It will be free to fall down after hou pull the storage/locking pin out. You need to pull the pin out and hold it until the walk board clears the upright. Then be carfull and lower the walk board/deck/belt.

Check the upright cable for crimped or broken wires and the connections to the controller board and the console. Most units run the cable up the right side leg. If they are damaged you need to splice them back together. Hope that was it.

it needs an alignment. The VCO is out of whack.

Actually I just repaired one of these "similar" units. If you remove the backing of the tv, unpluged of course, Theres a panel facing you if you are looking at the right side of the TV. This panel pops off easily with a light prying motion all around. You'll see where the connector broke off and can solder it back together with a small pin type tip. Solder the center pin to the center probe first,hold in place with needle nose pliers. 2 people are better than one at this. Then lay down agood bead of solder around the perimeter of the connector. Clean up any solder that may have dropped and put it back together, you'll be ready to go in about one hours time. Let me know how it goes!!!

very common problem, The print wheel homing sensore weirs broke off. you need to take off the ribbon deck. pull weirs from the white plastic sleeve that runs from carrier to main board. fined 3 weirs grouped together ( red, black,green) 1 or more of them are cracked in side the casing or have broke in 1/2. need to resolder them together little tough to do the 1st time. a bunch of sen sores came out with to hard of a weir making them brake premacherly

Hello Renee, You have a convergence problem, but you are adjusting the wrong system. You need to adjust the convergence rings first ok You need a dot and crosshatch generator to properly set convergence for this set. Connect the generator set the TV to channel 3 and turn on the generator set it to dots adjusting the convergence try to get the center dot RGB all together and then adjust for the outer edges using the convergence board. the use the crosshatch to adjust convergence along the lines of the crosshatch pattern. Remember use the rings first and the the convergence board adjustments.
