When ours does that it is because of the hard water build up. We have to un-hook the hot water clean out the minerals and it stops doing it.

E10 = long fill.
Check hoses, faucet and water valve screens first. Clean if necessary. If this did not help - something has failed in the washer, either the pressure switch, control board, or water valve.

From my understanding you are receiving an error code of "E90" on your Frigidaire washer. I am showing that as an invalid error code. It might be a miscommunication with your control panel and I would suggest performing a reset on your washer.
