rotate the head/neck part, one of the sides is not aligned with the notches in the bace of the neck. rotate it to fit right then you should be able to fit it on easily

There is probably a software driver that needs to be downloaded to interface between the magic wand and your computer. Go to the manufacturers web site and see if they have one.
The drive spring gets twisted when bearing in the vibrating head seizes due to moisture. Spray WD40 on the seized bearing and reinforce the spring drive with a pickup stick or chopstick down the center.
Any rod that fits snugly inside the drive spring will do.
You can buy a new one from aliexpress.com for around twenty dollars post free . Costs $35 for a inspection in my town . most times the switch or motor is burnt out . don't run for longer then 1/2 hour without a spell or the motor will burn out.

If your wand is N American then "don't do it" 220 through a 110/120 will fry all the magic out of it. You could get a step down transformer 220 to 110. Plug that into the 220 socket and plug your magic wand charger into that.
The cost would not be worth it though ... buy some more magic that is 220. be happy ... not sorry :-)
