Bypassing the V-Chip Lock on most Mitsubishi sets: Mitsubishi sets use a four-digit passcode that is required to view a V-Chip locked program, view the locked TV, cancel the lock, or enter the V-Chip lock menus. To bypass the V-chip: You can view the locked shows by pressing the number 9 and QV buttons on the remote at the same time, whenever your passcode is requested. This process temporarily unlocks the TV.
To reset the code: When you use the button combination 9 and QV while entering the V-Chip Lock menu, this process deletes your old passcode and prompts you to enter a new passcode. Good luck, and let us know how you made out with this TV set.

I finally found out how to reset the V-chip password on this princess DT1350-P Tv. All you have to do is turn the TV on and turn to a channel that doesn't prompt the V-chip password (even if it's snowy) and hold down the volume (down -) button on the main unit while holding down the number "0" on the remote control. It might take a few tries, and you might need to change the TV channel for some reason but if done correctly, either the TV will turn off, or the menu screen will pop up and ask if you want to set the vchip password, either way you should be able to watch your TV now! :)
