Why is the bottom drawer stuck?

Is this a Fisher Paykel Dishdrawer?
If so, the lid is likely not returning properly to the upmost position.

Caused by faulty lid actuators, easily fixed by replacing them.

Try not to open and close forcefully as it will damage the rubber seal (built into the lid), then you will also have to replace the lid.

My dishwasher fisher pykel twin dish washer model # DD 605 , SHOWS AN ERROR CODE f7 first then shows error code f9

The top dishdrawer is hard to open or close as the lid seal actuator motors are most likely faulty or lost power. The scraping is the lid seal touching the drawer lid. The F7 and F9 error are a result of this fault with the actuator motors.
At the base of the dishwasher housing under the bottom drawer is the power board. From there the power is supplied to the controller and the motors. These motors move the lid seal into position. First turn the mains power to dishwasher off and then back on. See if this resets the motor position. If not you will have to call the technician to fix the problem. But if you are technical savy you could go to the base of the dishwasher and take the connectors of drawer 1 out from the power board and swap with drawer 2 which is working.
If power board connection is not making any difference, then motors are the likely problem. Needs a lot of expertise to replace and adjust the motors.

F1 and beeping

F1 means the drawer lid is not closing properly - (lid seal leaking) which caused water to splash out when you started the wash cycle. The flood circuit on base of dishwasher housing (under the bottom drawer) has tripped. You will have to find the source of leakage and also dry the base of dishwasher housing. Make sure the dishwasher is unplugged form mains socket when you work in it.

Drawer wont shut

If it is one of the two drawers that will not shut, them most likely the lid seal is locked in close position or the lid seal is damaged and pieces of it are blocking the drawer.
Try to shut the power to the dishwasher and take the power chord out from the socket. Then insert back and turn power on.
See if this makes a difference. If not the lid actuator motor or the lid seal need to be replaced. Will need a technician if you are not familiar with repairs especially the dishwashers are very sophisticated and are sensitive to how one repairs it.

Top dishwasher drawer will not close

As long as there is no plates or anything stopping it from closeing i will then say that there are 2 side rails that the draw glides in & out on,get down on the floor & check up underneath the draw for smooth gliding operation.also is it possible that a fork or peice of cutlery has gotten over the top & fallen down jambing the draw from closing.

Bottom drawer of dishwasher is jammed and stiff..cannot close...as well soap dispenser is stiff...what to do

The lid is pulling down by either left or right actuator causing the lid seal touching your tube. In running mode these 2 actuators pulling down the lid to seal the tube so no water leaking. When the cycle is completed, the actuators push the lid up. In this case one of them is bad not pushing the lid up. The actuators are not hard to replace. When you order, it comes with a pair, replace both. Inspect the lid, if the seal is damaged, you can order the lid to replace together.
