No model number so comments are generic
Look for the button with the symbol AD on it, it means audio description. If there isn't one on the remote then go into the sound menu, where there may be a setting for AD volume or AD on/off

How do I get rid of the blind voice over for my Technika LCD 32-56D tv

Your TV does not indicate that it has a voiceover for visually impaired, it would not be a default setting anyway so go to the remote MENU and select RESET TO DEFAULT, this will remove it if it is from the TV!

How do you turn the blind people sound off on a technika TV?

You're discussing about the CC option I assume. If so, press the button on the remote control of the TV; marked "CC' once.

My vizio 60' flat screen tv audio captioning for the blind will not turn off? A voice comes on during all prime time shows describing visual actions for the blind...help?

Go to your Menu options, and look around for a RESET option. You want to basically do a factory reset on your TV. (I'm assuming you turned off the setting, the system confirmed it, but it never turned off?)

I am trying to connect exteranal speakers to my new Technika TV

There may not be any way to do this. If there is no audio OUTPUT option, you may need to open up the set and wire things directly inside - a bad, warrenty ending idea - or buy a new set.

Background voice, 27 inch "truflat" 2005 model

What you're hearing is the descriptive audio track included on many DVDs for vision-impaired viewers. Does this happen when you're watching regular TV or just with DVDs? If it happens with regular TV, do you have a cable box?

Regular broadcasting sometimes uses SAP (second audio program) to send additional audio, and this descriptive audio may be the SAP channel on some programs. Check your TV's audio settings to make sure you don't have SAP turned on. There may also be settings for SAP in your cable box as well, so check there too.

When playing a DVD, descriptive audio is usually an alternate audio track. Check your DVD player setting to make sure you've selected normal audio for playback.
