Replace the batteries first. Some cheap thermostats require the batteries to function. I don't know of a honeywell model that does though. Its cheap, so do that first.
If still nothing comes on and you still have a blank display with new batteries, I'd say probably the thermostat is defective. Even if the furnace is broken, new batteries SHOULD bring up the display.
check your float switch. On your air hander you have 3/4 white pvc coming out of bottom of unit, where the water drains out. If you have a float and your drain line is plugged it will make your tstat go blank. vacuum the drain line where it comes out of the ground outside.
The stat that works is called the main and the other two are called slave stats. The stats must be set to heat or cool the same as the main. If you want one room to cool and one to heat , sorry. Need to upgrade to auto changeover. Is this AC actally a Heat pump?
16. SYSTEM RESET a. Turn the ON/OFF switch to OFF position. b. Simultaneously depress and hold the MODE and ZONE push-buttons while turning the ON/OFF switch to ON. FF should appear in the LCD display until the MODE and ZONE push-buttons are released. c. When a dip switch is turned on or off after initial configu ration, a system reset will need to be done before the Comfort Control CenterTM will recognize the updated selection. Try this. This is for the five button thermostat. Did you check the dip switches to be sure the proper ones are turned on? I need to know which stat you have 4 or 5 button. I have trouble shooting for both. If you notice reset needs to take place after a dip switch is turned on or off. The dip switches are on the circuit board. You need to drop the lower cover. the dip switches will read in this order #1 heat strip/ #2 zone2/#3zone3/ #4 zone4/#5 furnace/#6 differential/#7stag/#8 gen start. Check this out and be careful. Turn off the stat to change dip switches. On will be toward the description. If you don't have remote start gen set the dip should not be on. If you dont have a Zone 3 the dip should not be on, etc. Any questions feel free to post back Thank you for using fixya Jerry
It's possible that the flex cable that connects the display to the main board has become loose or disconnected. This could easily have happened if the phone was dropped.
The worst possible scenario would be a damaged LCD display due to being dropped.
Unless you feel comfortable with taking the phone apart, you will need to take it to be serviced.
You may also wish to find out whether its cheaper to replace the phone rather than paying to have it fixed.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance to you.
