I understand your Electrolux washer, model# EWF1087, is making knocking sounds during the spin cycle. In researching your model number, I show that your appliance was manufactured in Australia. If this were manufactured in the U.S., I would suggest making sure that the load was balanced. SOURCE: Error code E10 on the
E10 is a timeout code. I found the answer on google by refining my search criteria. The tap was not turned on enough for the washer to fill up in time before the timeout was reached. After restarting the washer and turning the tap on further, the washer cycle completed without error.

your pump impeller is blocked or fouling on something inside the filter compartment,turn machine off unscrew fiter (be prepared for water to come out),then get a long screwdriver and turn the impeller anything caught in there will free itself up,and you should be able to mremove forieghn object if impeller doesnt turn then it more than likely your pump is seized and will need replacing hope this helps.

e90, means a bad connection. at the main control board.
you can try to open the machine and check a and clean all connections to the main board.

Clean the drain pump filter and check the drain hose.
