Usually, either the motor for the power window or the plastic clips are broken inside the door. There are many videos available on youtube that show you how to fix a broken door power window. This is one of them below.

It sounds like the windows runners inside the door have either snapped off from the retaining brackets or they have just come loose. remove the door panel and check the runners are tight against the glass as the window goes down, look for the runner brackets to check they are still connected to the door, if they arnt then they need to be replaced. If all intact, then its just a case of adjusting them to hold the glass in place at the bottom when the window is open and also as it is wound up to the top, do this slowly so you can see where the glass is slipping out of the runners. Also check that the sliders and fixings on the winder mechanism on the bottom of the window are not broken or disconnected (the bit that pushes it up and down) as this is also sometimes a problem. Replace or repair.

Doors wont open from outside windows wont roll down

Your vehicle may require a code unique to your car/truck to get these things corrected. Does your radio change stations and recognize preset station signals? You can always call a local dealer and ask for info about this. Good luck.

Back windows will not let down

Make sure the lock-out switch on the drivers door is not in the locked position for power windows.
For hand cranked or power windows...if the windows have not been rolled down recently they could just be stuck in the rubber seals. It happens! Try running a thin flexible plastic spatula or the like, around the edge of the windows inbetween the glass and rubber, inside and outside. If that still doesn't help, open the doors and have a helper crank the handle or push the power switch down, while you sandwich the window glass between your hands and push the glass down. Good luck!

Driver window won't roll up and passenger wont roll down where are the fuses for these windows located?

the window fuses are in the fuse box
but i don't think that's the problem if a window will roll up but not down
or down but not up/////
open the driver door you will see a rubber tube going from the door to
the door jam open the rubber up ill bet you find a few broken wires
all you need to do is splice them back together

if you don't find any brakes in the fuse box the windows are setup
on breakers they might be bad Thar's always a first for every thing

hope this helps you
good luck

1988 town car rear windows go down wont go up

Seems like you need window motors. When you flip the switch to roll them down, the window basically "falls" down slowly, but when rolling them back up, the motors aren't strong enough anymore to slide the heavy window back into place. Unfortunately that is usually the only solution when it comes to power windows. Your switch could be bad, but if you tried all switches in the car it is definitely your motors.

Drivers electric window wont roll up it goes down real slow but wont go up past halfway. Its real slow going down and before this it would go slow and roll outside of track at top

Window regulator and motor assembly will need replaced. Common problem. You've seen other people with it at the drive thru ATM and pick up windows - getting out of there car to get items!! LOL! Seriously have an experienced mech. look into it. Having this thing not work will be a real pain especially if it dies during a rain storm. Good luck

My driver side window wont roll down. Checked fuse fuse ok

You can Ohm check the switch and make sure it's operating correctly. If the switch is good then It could also be the window regulator not telling the motor to engage. Tap the door with a rubber mallet near the window motor on the inside of the door, or tap bottom of the door while holding the window button either up or down depending on the position of the window. Be careful as you don't want to dent the outside of the door with the mallet. If the window moves then you'll know it's not the motor but the regulator.
