You can go to this link they have the kits with the high temp higher volt capacitors and complete detailed instructions on how to do the repair.

Your model will have two picos mounted on the same board with the 7 capacitors they will look like resistors without the color bands they will be F9B01 and F9B00 check them for continuity.

I have a mitsubishi 48" integrated 1080. The Timer green light keeps blinking. I have no picture. Can this be the fuse? My coworkers say this might be the problem. Can I replace it myself? If so, where is it located?
