How do i put picture on incoming calls

Is this also a new SIM card in the Curve or did you use that sim in other phone before?
You need to be sure you have the CLIP service active on your sim card. CLIP service is feature that can identify the number of an incomming call. If you are sure and if you try and put the sim card to another phone and you can see the infoming call numbers, look in the settings menu - call settings and make sure all "call identifier" submenus are active.

Hi, I had the same problem few days back. I am using Nokia N95 with a Vodafone service. Any call I receive simply showed "Call" and on checking the call log, says "No Number". this problem is not with the phone, but with the network. I checked with the Vodafone customer associate, I got to know I din't submit my documents to them which is required on an yearly basis and so my phone had this problem. So if u r also having same problem as I had, try contacting ur network service associates and they could help you fixing the problem.

no app is needed, in order for pix to show up when an incoming call comes in. (your contacts must be added to the phone memory, not from sim) using a cect cell you can also add more info when storing in phone (biz#, email address and home #) as to just name & # (sim)

You should check how the number appears on you recent calls list.
If they appear different then how you put them into your contacts, try putting them in the same way and that should allow you to see the name of the person calling.

Make sure you have the incoming number in your address book. If you don't only the incoming number will show up.

I had an iphone and it works almsot the same way. You have to go into the contact you want to add a picture to and edit the contact, there should be an blank photo spot with a head, or a touch button with add photo. IF this doesnt work you can also take a picture of the person, you will have the option to save or add to contact. You can also use this feature when viewing a photo

It could be a setting in the phone that he may have changed. Look around in the settings to make sure yours is the same as his.

Do you have those options activated from your service provider? Usually is a $ cost to have those activated on your monthly plan.
Pay as you go usually do not have that option.
