A lot of vehicles have two fuses for the radio, one for the battery side and one for the ignition side, I would get a test light and check all the fuses because it may be shared with another circuit and not be listed
My 2008 jeep liberty's headlights flickered when I was just driving down the road in the dark and then completely shut off on me. My fog lights are the only lights that work now and my lights continue to blink off and on a couple times and then completely off.
