If you have just installed your washer and it will not fill, or the display shows nF, check the following:
Make sure the door to the unit is tightly closed.
Make sure that both the hot and cold water lines are connected (cold to the cold and hot to the hot)
Note: If you do not have a hot water source, you can hook up the cold water source to the cold input on the back of the washer and another cold water source to the hot input on the back of the washer (but NEVER a hot water source to the cold water input on the back of the washer).
We typically service Hoshizaki, but you may not be getting water into the resivior. Depending on model, you may need to remove bottle and probe and check the silicone seal, reseal and re attach. Also be sure that hoses are connected and fully pushed into the connectors. And of course make sure you have a water supply. Could take up to an hour for water to re chill again. Hope this helps. Hi just read your posting. Now, when the hot and cold lights flash at the same time it means that you are not getting enough or no hot or cold water.Remove the cold and hot inlet hoses from the machine end and put the ends into a bucket. Now turn the taps on to see if you have water coming out the hot and cold hose and if the water pressure is adequate.Try a cold fill on the wash cycle and see how it goes.please reply and let me know if there is water coming out of the hoses at a good pressure and also what water temp do you select on the wash cycle.Looking forward to your reply.
its the problem of drum getting blocked by any clothes getting tucked up.also try to move the drum manually with the machine off.if it makes any noise its the faulty motor.or drum has lost its alignment.it needs to be reseated properly in that case.

The water fill valve - The water fill valve is a mechanical and electrical part, the coils on the valve need electricity to mechanically open the valve to allow the water to flow into the washer....myth....the washer pumps water into itself...no, it does not. The fill valve opens and the house water pressure pushes the water into the washing machine. No cold water or no hot water - The fill valve has two coils, one for the hot water and one for the cold water. It is possible that one of the coils can fail and you loose that filling ability. If the cold water coil quits, the hot will still work and during warm fill you will get hot water only and during a cold fill you will get no water at all. If the hot coils quits, you will still have cold water fill, cold water only on a warm setting and no water on a hot fill setting. If the hot coils quits, you will still have cold water fill, cold water only on a warm setting and no water on a hot fill setting. You can test a fill valve live for 120 volts, power to a fill valve coil and no fill = a bad fill valve. You can also test the coils for continuity, no continuity = a bad fill valve. Some Maytag washers have a fuse in the fill valve circuit, if this fuse let go the washer will not fill. Fill valves can also from time to time stick open and not stop filling. If you have to shut off the fill valves to stop the water from filling in the washer, you have a bad fill valve and you will have to replace it.
Having same issue. Water cooler about a week old, in use in a small office with about 10 people and 2 5-gal water jugs consumed weekly.
The chiller for the cold water no longer works, and they display lights on the front and on/off switch in the back no longer light up. The hot water is working, I'm wondering if there is a potential recall issue with the unit.
Release the hot and cold buttons and while the red is still blinking, press the and hold the hold water button, Once the desired amount of hot water is reached release the hot water button.
Now press and hold the hot and cold water buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds.
The red light will stop blinking to the end of the programming.
NB the RED LIGHT WILL BLINK FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROGRAMMING.
Repeat the process for the cup quanity selector for the cold water.

no easy fix . your water heater should be fine most likely its up to temp ,thats why its not lighting its main flame . the frozen pipe is another story you need to get the heat up in the house open any cuppord doors that have pipes in them like under a sink ( to let heat from the room get it there ) leave a faucet on hot and wait . at some point you will unfreeze . but you migh end up with a broken pipe so keep your eye out for a water leak . good luck
