Step bt step how to hard reset Huawei Y320 - Huawei Cell Phones

First method:
1.At the very beginning hold down the Power key in order to switch off the cell phone.

2. HardReset.info: Then hold and press the Volume Up + Power button for a couple of seconds

3. You can release held keys when the phone's logo appears on the screen.

4. Select using Volume buttons option "wipe data/factory reset", and confirm that with Power rocker.

5. In the next step choose "yes" from the menu, and accept it with Power key.

6. Now choose option "reboot system now" by using Power button.

7. HardReset.info: Success! The hard reset has just been performed.

have you tried making a call then pushing up on various buttons?or the same while playing music?

I am guessing you are interested in handsfree call conversation. Whilst it is mentioned on the specification sheet of the phone that it has speaker phone, I do not see any mention of how this is used in the user manual. My guess is that only way to use a remote conversation with this phone is to have a bluetooth headset. Refer page 51 and 52 in the user manual from this site.

The only place to get firmware is on the site of the maker. So this time it is Huawei. But most of the time you only can get updates and almost never the normal firmware. And to load the update the apparatus has to work normal. So if your Huawei does not work I don'e think you can do anything with firmware. Look at Huawei under support.

If it says no command, then press the 3-line softkey next to the home softkey and the back soft key. The menu should open up. ;)

Do a Factory Reset. Usually turn on the phone while holding the power button AND Up Volume buttons. menu will popup select factory reset.

My Huawei blows chucks and gives KB errors if I put facebook on it.. so Ive had to do this several times before I gave up using Facebook on my phone
