Hi. I think you mean an SE-S300. You need to make sure you use 57mm thermal paper. It will have a shiny smooth side and a rough side if it is the correct paper. When you fit it into the printer, make sure the shiny side is facing you as it feeds out of the printer otherwise, it will feed out blank.

If it is feeding the paper but it is blank, then you may have the paper around the wrong way. the shiny side must be towards the front. Otherwise, it may not be thermal paper. If it is not feeding out at all, make sure it has not been turned off (paper saving)
