I just received my "Soniq E40W13C 40" Full HD LED LCD TV" from the store on 17th of June 2014. I installed and connected the tv at home using newly tv arial cable and tried to tune in the free channels. The tuning worked fine at the start and all my channels were getting displayed nicely and I was all happy. But however when I turned my tv off on standby mode and turned it back on after 1 hour or so. All the channels were gone. and there was no channel signal. However I turned it off again and turned it back on again and well the free channels appeared this time. Then today in the morning I turned my tv on and again there was no signal on free channels. Even now coming back from work i turned my tv on and no signals. I tried tuning it again and again using auto tuning mode but it doesn't works at all. I tried to rotate the tv arial a little bit but the tv just fails to receive any reception. Please help me out with this.

make sure you have Tv on that particular HDMI input .I believe video 6 or 7 .if you do check menu make sure that input is not blocked. or you might want to try the component outputs of cable box and connect that to a component input on tv to see if that is working,,i have seen these tv HDMI input board bad..lets hoe this is not the case..

SOURCE: TV Cable card slot loses signal immediately after channel find
THis is not a solution but a similiar issue. I have had a scientific Atlantia Cable card with comcast for 3 years no problems at all. Spent the entire day trying to switch to Verizon today. The signal comes across for about 10 seconds, pixelates and then fails. This happen after every start. We have checked the lines, tried 2 cards and reduce the signal. We gave up for today- installed the old Scientic Atlantic, reassigned it to comcast and all works fine Any and ALL suggestions are most welcome Thanks
