Phone your provider and ask them to turn on the indicator light. If you hear beep beep beep when you have a message they have it set wrong. Tell them you have a red light on your phone. They just set it incorrectly . Happens all the time hope this helps

Your provider will have to reset it for you. Phone them and ask for a reset. They may charge you a dollar or so. But that is the only way

Ask your provider to change your voicemail to pick up in36 seconds instead of 18. Each ring is 6 seconds. Hope this helps

Depends on what cellphone and provider you have. Smart phones(Windows Mobile anyways) have a setting in them that lets you change it. Also try calling your voicemail and going though the prompts. there maybe a setting in that.

The default password is 0 0 0 0 (four - zero's)

The voicemail will talk you right through setting up voicemail, after the set up you can press 8 anytime you are in the voicemail to make changes to your account.
