If filter does not slide straight up an out, You need a Phillips screwdriver. . 1) take off both sides.6 screws each side, 4 under plastic caps. 2) top back there are 2 screws above the filter need the top of the unit. 3) on the top piece there are 2 screws, 1 on each side. Slide half of top off giving you better access to remove filter. Remember to reassembly in reverse

Try replacing filter element. May swell when hot causing loss of air.

Engine service done on a navara d40 wont start turns over but wont start

Put all the old plugs back in first and try that. Have you gapped the new plugs correctly? New air filter might mean that your fuel air mixture is too lean now so again to check try it with the old (Dirty)filter. If it starts you will have to think about the misture settings.

Truck stopped running as I was driving and won't attemp to cranck.

wont turn over or wont start, if it wont turn over your alternator probably came unpluged or went out then drained your battery, if it turns over but wont start you lost the timing chain

Oil warning light on a brava car wont go off

Best would be is to measure the oil pressure out put.
Sometimes the oil filter could be the culprit.
Was the oil warning light staying 'on; prior to the oil and filter change?..If not thn the first thing to check is to replace the oil filter ..its better to install the 'original' one .
Hope this helps!

Wont drain, wont empty, wont go onto rinse, drain or spin during

The filter on this machine is behind the flat at bottom right of machine. Tilt machine back before unscrewing to avoid spillage. If filter is clear get back to me and will explore other possibilities.
