I am not getting the lights on my BizTouch 3 to light up, nor can I pick up any of the calls that are incoming when I hear other phones ringing. I can make calls myself, also others in the office can transfer a call to me and I can pick up, but there are no lights , lighting up. Neither does my voicemail light, light up. But I can pick up my voice mail because the display works fine.

Hi and welcome to FixYa!

Well if that's the case, the printer should be detached or powered of during call operations. The printer detects incoming calls that's why it triggers it to operate. Turning it off during operation will surely be the solution.

Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

On the intercom, if it's a TA or similar phone system, dial 7311# for call waiting on outside lines and 7321# for call waiting on the intercom. (0 cancels).
