Near the top side wall inside your freezer there is a label that gives you the exact cubic feet. Your model number has a rounded off cubic of 23.

So,

23 Cu.Ft. x 28.316 = 651.218 Liters.

Perhaps the power outage, was caused by your freezer?
When you think a reset would help, the run light should come on, after a little while. But perhaps only the thermostat is defect.
Be aware there can be so many causes, and none has to be related to the power outage, for your freezer not to work.
It would be virtually impossible to see what is wrong, from a distance. Better try to bring the food to a working fridge and call a tech to solve the problem.

Does the fans come on . If so than you may have a bad start relay or compressor

change cooling portion.

Hello gorog52 - From what you have described and the upright freezer keeps displaying OFF, you possibly have a communication problem with the electronic control assembly. I recommend contacting a professional to accurately diagnose and repair the unit.

if the compressor buzzes periodically but doesnt start then that would be a bad "starting capacitor" (usually mounted on or near the compressor with wires to the compressor .. if the compressor runs but no cooling then thats low refrigerant (it has to be recharge) ..

Hello Sir, I think we need some more info about what section of the Fridge is not working. Let me assume that the Problem is that the Fridge is not cooling ( as you raised that point that the Freezer is working. If that is the problem, then there are 2 things that can be Faulty:-------

• The compressor is bad or not working. In this case you need a new compressor or repair if the fault is repairable.
• The Thermostat is bad or not working. In this case, call a Technician of the associated brand. They will repair or replace as needed.

Another thing, if the Fridge is fully not working, then the fault is in the capacitors or the Main Control Board. Kindly call a technician for the steps needed to rectify the issue.

Do not repair your self or you will void the warranty in a new unit. Use warranty service under these circumstances.
