My konica minolta bizhub 350 touchscreen went intermittent, then stopped working. The machine works fine otherwise and the visual screen is fine, just touch action has stopped working. Is there a "reset" sequence that I can use without depending on the touch aspect?

It is a generic warm up failure. You need the service call.

You need a new touch screen panel or I/O cable, they are fairly expensive if you don't have a service contract with your Office Printer supplier. Recently just replaced one a few months ago.

press utility/counter - then under the counter "details" - stop 0 0 stop 01 - now you are in service mode, - stop 0 C, and there shold be admin pwd

tha minolta di3510 developer unit looks the same as the unit for the konica minolta bizhub 350 but the toner sensor in the minolta unit uses a different voltage range for the toner sensor and it will throw this code make sure you have the correct unit for this machine also you can try this
go back into tech rep mode and change these settings:
select tech rep choice mode
select printer tab
select atdc sensor gain
set the value to about 165
then back all the way out to the ready screen and power the machine off then back on and replenish toner in the user management screen.
