Hello Laura
Where are you trying to log in to? That is the crucial question.
Apple do that if you log in on a different device. Your normal device gives you a temporary password, and you add that to the other device. Making it work is very hit and miss and if you do it wrong it ignores further tries. You have to use your own password, then add theirs with no spaces.
Which Program? There is a difference between Burn and Copy.
Copy means you have a CD or DvD that already has something on it such as a music CD or a movie DvD and you want to copy it. The system normally reads the CD or DvD and copies the contents to disk then asks you to put in a blank CD or DvD to make the copy.
Burn means you have Data Files, Documents or Music that is already on the disk drive and you want to put it on a Cd or DvD. Normally you just put in a blank CD or DvD then either Drop and Drag, Browse or Copy and Paste the files you want on the CD or DvD.

This happens when the CD or DVD reader goes out. This is a common problem with the CD/DVD combo drives. Usually it's the other way around, about 6 out of 10 times the DVD reader goes out. The drive will need to be replaced in order to fix this.
I think it is desktop DVD ROM. P3, P4, P5 are power connectors for HDD and DVD.
Upside down the DVDROM. you can see 4 screws there. remove the screws. Open the tray using a small hole in the front panel. You can easily remove the top panel now.
