You can use Paint on your computer to modify it. If not it just might be the type of printer. See if you can buy darker ink at another store. If not your pretty much stuck like that. You can also go to copy stores or most major stores to get stuff copied for free or cost....
Few things to consider:
Are the new cartridges the same as the ones you took out (same make, same type)? If not this is the likely cause.
I am not to much in to Canon printers but probably like Epson they will have different types of genuine ink, you know longer lasting, brighter etc depending on how much you want to pay. Also you may have had Pigment Ink in before and now have dye inks or vise versa
Are your print setting the same (printers can be adjusted to print draft, text, or photo)
Are you using the same paper? Non-photo paper will significantly dull the colours.
Hope this finds you the reason. Best of luck.
There should be a button on the top that says lighter/darker, move it 2 clicks to the right for more ink to be used..... please let me know if there is anything else you need, happy to help! Guy :)
Hello sir; The easiest way to make more darker is hold down the exposure key for 5 second until auto light blinking then adjust desitive key to darker side, it will make more darker, after finish just turn power off and on, good luck.
