I have a 1.6 jacuzzi toilet i bought at lowes, the flapper is bad and i need to replace it and no one has one to fix it. how do i get a replacement part?

I would take the flapper to your local box store they should be able to help you.

shut off water supply. flush toilet. There will be a little left .You can vac out with shopvac if you must.

You're going to have to get the correct flapper for that toilet. Also, make sure that there is not something broken on the side that the flapper keeps coming disconnected from.
