You can find registration key or product key on backside of the computer. If still need help kindly contact your computer manufacturer for the product key.
First, you must purchase a Product Key. Second, I would not trust ANY of the driver updater's. At best it will offer-up drivers that do not apply to your machine, at worst, the software may apply a driver that will cause you "pain and heartache", computer restores/recoveries, hours of needless work trying to recover. Use your Computer's website/updates and Windows Update to keep your computer up-to-date. Occasionally I will use Hardware drivers from the Hardware Manufacturer's website, with varying degrees of success.
