Ihave now discovered that my password to sign in is wrong please help?

Sign out of G-mail, then sign in again using your old e-mail address and password

Open a document and type the passwords you are trying into it. This is to verify that the keyboard keys you are using actually work.

Hard drive passwords cannot be found/discovered. It's a password.
Removing the Bios battery will not change anything. The password is set in the Operating System.
Repartition and format the drive.

Is the email not working, or is your password wrong? There should be an option to send your password to your email, so look for that. If not, contact the customer service and they should be able to help you.
