The status light on my Mitsubishi TV is blinking orange. We watched it fine last night, and this morning, it's blinking orange. It won't show a error code, it won't reset, it won't turn on, or ANYTHING!! Model number WD-73642

I had the same problem last year - it was, indeed the bulb. At the time the tv was still under warranty and Mitsubishi sent me a replacement bulb.

Mitsubishi wd-73c9 status light blinking orange won't turn on

may need the lamp replaced pt# 915B403001
Recommend Phillips, OSRAM or Mitsubishi original (as from experience others will not work or will have very short life)

Cant get the power to turn on,worked fine last night, it got unplugged, this morning plugged in, won't turn on and the power button just flashse

Flashing is either an error code or the set trying to boot up--some of the Mitsubishi sets if power removed will blink for a minute and then stop--then the set can be turned on.

a model number?
