What is a screen lock?

No one can use your device until a password is entered. Unless you mean screen freeze. That is when no one can use the device. Then the device has to be turned off by holding down the off switch until the device is turned off.

When turned on is displays TEMP TO LOW and never turns on

To me, TEMP TO LOW means nothing. However if it is TEMP TOO LOW that may mean that the ambient (surrounding) temperature is too low for the device to work properly.
Electronic devices have a range of temperatures in which they function properly. That may be between -4 deg C and may be 40 deg C. A bit below the freezing point of water and a bit more than the normal temperature of the human body.
Give it time to warm inside a house, then recharge it.

Froze wont turn off

if you mean the screen freeze wont turn off , this is normal the display will only update if a reading greater than .10 has been measured between samples , i had same problem when measuring diff fish tanks with this probe , ive had to develop a dilution process to get readings for tanks instead

Blackberry freezes and doesnt recieve all messages

Try this steps to perform soft reset

1)Press and hold down the ALT key on the smartphone.

2) While holding down the ALT key, press and hold down the right-hand CAP key.

3) With both of those buttons still pressed, press the DELETE key. The display on the BlackBerry smartphone will turn off to indicate that the reset has started, and the keys can now be released

Still if you face same issue Download and install the latest BlackBerry Device Software, which is available from the BlackBerry.com

Hope this is helpfull for you

Penguin model 610012-001a/c compressor won't start

I would check to make sure that the control is sending the "cool" signal to the control unit. LO on the room temp display usually means that the fan speed is set to low. Is LO and Auto showing on the display at the same time. Try resetting the thermostat first. Hold down the Mode and Zone buttons with the tstat off. While holding them down, turn the tstat back on and hold the buttons down until FF appears on the screen. Release the buttons and try the AC.
If this does not work, on the control board is a freeze control switch plug (blue usually). Try unplugging this unit and insert a small jumper wire. If the Compressor comes on and runs then you have a bad freeze control switch. If not, then you should replace the control board.

Hope this helps,

Jeff
