I ne a wiring diagrahm for a forney 130 if mig

It looks as though previously you have been depending upon serendipitous earth (a happy accident). Electric welders are designed for the substrate to be earthed.

I have the power mig 130 I just ordered a replacement whip and gun assembly for it and when it arrived it has three wire's a small blue one and a brown one then the large main black but my original only has two is it compatible or completely wrong for my welder

I am a certified 6-g welder, and you can obtain the wiring prints through a welding supply company that sells lincoln products. Make sure you have the model number, as well as, the serial number. You will not find schematics posted online as this would be a rarely used post, so a dealer would be the fastest, and less time consuming effort.

Check to see if you have the polarity corect for innershielded wire the gun should be negative and the ground should be posative. also check your heat setting and match it to the guide lines on the cover door.

from the research i have done if you sell it on craigslist 100 is about the most you will get for it. unless you find someone who isnt smart enough to research. fron what i understand you can get about 200 if you dis assemble and recycle.

Check that your ground clamp is connected to the work piece securely.

Your local welding supplier would be you first choice. you will be able to fit an alternative power cable, dosn't have to be Carke,

That's the good news...The bad news is I was informed by some other weldors that Clarke may be in Chapter 11 ...I can't swear to that ,but contacting them hasn't been possible yet...so maybe.
