well thats metal and where there is metal find someone to tack it back together and brace it on better so it dosent happen again. other then that you would be purchasing a new unit I have found replacement pumps for this unit but not the pump handles so unless there is one out there that is used and needing a home I would proably try to contact the manufactuer themselfs or where you bought the unit ask them if they can order in replacement parts for the unit.

The picture looks a lot like a Solo sprayer I have. I wouldn't be surprised if Solo made them for Stanley. Do a search for Solo sprayers. They have a site. My sprayer is a Solo 425

Drive out to the country side and look for a ACE or TrueValue hardware store. Bring your sprayer with you. They will likely have the right part for you in stock.
SOURCE: How do I get the top off? STUCK!
Hi Chris:
It is usually easiest to rest the weight on the tailgate of a pickup truck (or some other device) and then slip out of the harness.
Another technique is to lift bend forward while at the same time rising one shoulder and lowering the other. That will create "slack" on the low shoulder side allowing you to get that arm out.
Cheers
