Why dose the data light keep flashing

Are you using the correct cable to connect?
Has the camera ever connected to your computer correctly? If not, it may be that your computer isn't recognising the camera.

Try removing the card from the camera. If your computer has an inbuilt card reader, try using that. Or get a usb card reader.

have you done descaling try pressing the two buttons at the same time but keep holding them for 5 second tell me is it flashing fast or slow?

if it is a slow flashing that means it is connected
if it is a fast flashing that means it is pairing

Sounds like a bad print job stuck in a print spooler.
Turn off copier. Go around to all computers that print to it and open the print queue. delete all print jobs. reboot each PC. Power up copier and see if it clears

Power supply is bad

the camera is firing the flash to help it auto focus,the only way to stop it find an area of the picture that has more light/contrast or switch to manual focusing.
