HELP new Irulu ablet logo stays on

You need to fully charge the tablet and THEN do a factory reset. The hardest part is waiting.

Follow the steps provided below to perform a Hard Reset on your iRULU Android Tablet:

1. Turn your iRULU tablet off.
2. Press and hold the correct key combinationto boot your Android tablet into Recovery Mode.combinations, which include:

• Home button + Volume Down button + Power button
• Power button + Volume Down button
• Power button + Home button + Volume Up button
• Power button + Volume Up button
• Power button + Volume Up button + Volume Down button
• Power button + Volume Up button
• Power button + Home button

1. Release the power buttons once your screen turns on, and the device vibrates. Keep holding the other buttons for 10 seconds.
2. Your Tablet should now boot into Recovery Mode.
3. Scroll down to the 'Factory Reset' option using the volume down key.
4. Select the 'Factory reset' option by pressing the power button.
5. Now your Tablet will start the hard resetting process.

Once the process begins DO NOT press any buttons and don't try to turn the device off.
Your tablet should now be reset.

Might consider going to the iRulu site (irulu.com) and asking the folks there. It might be in the user manual which can be downloaded from https://www.irulu.com/download-center-new

Go to settings >applications >running and force close UHD player and camera. If they don't show up there click menu and show cached processes. If not try a factory reset but backup everything first.

Try a factory reset. Try one of these:
1. Stick a pin in the reset hole.
2. Hold vol down (and home) while turning it on (not reset), hold until logo comes up.

if that is what your goal is yes it will wipe clean but usually logo is shown first before the OS loads. I would head back to the store I bought it at. should not stay on logo shows failure to enter OS.

Shut it down.
Then hold Vol - and power button to enter recovery
In recovery scroll to wipe data/factory reset and select pressing power button.
reeboot.
You're done, should work.

Try to use USB and charge it with it
and then after 10 min try to start the tablet

flash the tablet with firmware.download correct firmware to pc.copy to micro sdcard.insert card into tablet and do a factory reset,select reboot. or power off,then on,it'll do the rest,take out card and power on.

My tablet doesn't turn on the screen is and can't get past that please help don't know what is going on with it

you have to reset the tablet to factory conditions. i was at my wits end before i did this. o stay away from opera, firefox, and chrome there are other browsers
