I understand your Frigidaire dehumidifier, model# LAD704TDL, is freezing up. If you have turned on your dehumidifier recently, this is normal due to refrigerant rushing through the coil. Frost will usually disappear within 60 minutes. Try starting your dehumidifier on a slower fan setting. Another possibility is that the room temperature is too low or too high. Your appliance is designed to operate between 41 degrees F (5 degrees C), and 96 degrees F (35 degrees C).
