Easy do you remember the security code for ur mobile
if u remember it than i 100% can help u solve the problem!!!u just press message and it want u take the unlock code!! than u press the menu button and it change to insert the security code than u can get in!!!! (default security code:0000 or 00000)

You will need to contact your service provider to have the voicemail retrieval number programmed into your phone. They can also reset the voicemail feature since it has not been set up yet.

If you are getting the "voicemail does not exist message" this means that the voicemail feature is not on your account. Unfortunately you will have to contact your service provider and ask them to add the voicemail feature back onto you account. Have them test and make sure that you can access the voicemail before they end the call to ensure they have fixed the problem. Hope this helped.
