This is another area that has sparked a lot of confusion, mostly due to the fact that a Kinect Burnout Paradise video has been released, and so people began assuming that since Burnout Paradise was a previously released game, that other previously released games will be available for Kinect use. Okay, I figured it out myself, if anyone has this problem, with the new update you should get dynamic weather and bikes with day-to-night play. If not, for me it didn't get the update all the way, so I had to re-download update v1.7. To make sure you have the update, when you start the game it should have "Burnout Paradise" in a blue logo type, before the update it was red, and you will have the choice to change from cars to bikes.
