Could be a sticky button that is programmed for F71
Do F*0 then press all buttons and look at display until you see Link or F71 on the display. Try to un stick that button or erase it via F*1, press that key and press OK instead of entering digits.

or the spring on the grey hook switch is sensitive, this where you hangup the phone. To do a hook flash when no flash/link key you would tap the hook switch very quick to do a hook flash (link).
Send set in for repair in this case.
