Hi. Set the dial to reset (12 o-clock position) then push button second from right. Now set to program required and press button again. Should work now. Needs resetting every time, this is normal. Hope it works for you.

If theres 4 buttons on facia they are from left to right pre wash extra rinse spin cancel and start depending on which button is flashing you may have a problem if the dial is at 12 oclock and the start button is flashing set the dial to any program and the light should stop flashing if it does not you will need a new board for it and it will need resetting with a servis hand set as servis are now no longer you may have a problem... hope this helps
