• Description
• There is a problem with the printer random-access memory (RAM) or read-only memory (ROM). The DIMM that caused the error is not used. Values of x, y, and zz, are as follows:
• x = DIMM type

• 0 = ROM
• 1 = RAM
• y = Device location
• 0 = Internal memory (ROM or RAM)
• 1 to 3 = DIMM slot 1, 2, or 3
• zz = Error number
• 0 = Unsupported memory (for example, presence detect bad)
• 2 = Unsupported memory size
• 3 = Failed RAM test
• 4 = Exceeded maximum RAM size
• 5 = Exceeded maximum ROM size
• 6 = Invalid DIMM speed

xy^2/xy....... I am taking this as not being (xy)^2/xy.

So divide the top and bottom line both by xy. You get y/1 = y

Code Search
If after trying "Direct Code Entry" your device does not respond, or if your brand is not listed, try doing a search of the code library for your code by following these steps.

1. Manually turn on the device (TV, VCR, etc.) to be controlled.
2. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
3. Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks once, then stays on.
4. Press the CHANNEL UP button repeatedly (up to 300 times) until the device to be controlled changes channel. The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
5. Press and release MUTE to install the code. The indicator light goes off.

Most users will want to store VCR codes under the VCR button, Cable codes under CBL, etc. If you want to store a VCR code under CBL, etc., first follow the procedure for Direct Code Entry and press CBL in step 2 of Direct Code Entry, then enter ANY VCR code in step 3 of Direct Code Entry. Then follow the steps above for Code Search.

IDENTIFYING CODES FOUND USING THE SEARCH PROCEDURE

1. Press and hold the SETUP until the LED indicator lights steadily. Release Setup button.
2. Press the mode button that matches the equipment you want to identify. The LED blinks once.
3. Press and release SETUP. The LED blinks once.
4. To find the first digit, press each number button from 0 to 9 until the LED blinks. The number you pressed is the first digit of the code.
5. Press each number button from 0 to 9 again as above to find the second digit.
6. Press each number button from 0 to 9 again as above to find the third digit.
7. Press each number button in turn to find the fourth digit. When the fourth digit has been found, the LED goes out.

to do a neg exp you have two options, one use brackets if calculator has them.....

10 Xy (-2) = 0.01

or two inverse your number, ie: make 10 into 1/10th, use fraction entry on calculator.

1/10 Xy 2 = 10 Xy (-2) = 0.01
