SOURCE: LG French door fridge freezer not freezing

hopefully you looked out back ...rear lower panel and checked little white condenser fan running...it really needs too to keep temp stable across the condenser coils and no overheat condition to the compressor.hopefully you wont need the $300 circuit board like I just bought

LG Model lfx28978sw french door freezer door hard to open

its likely you have frost inside your tracks. best option for you is to defrost the freezer and let the ice inside the tracks thaw. then after the ice thaws the tracks should work better. If that dosen't help you may need new tracks for the freezer door

I have a GE Profile counter depth French door refrigerator bottom freezer and I keep getting frost in the freezer. The seal on the door isn't as tight as the seal on the refrigerator but no cold air...

Where are you getting frost at? Is it on the back wall in the freezer? if so - your problem may be a defrost issue and in that case you would need to hire a professional appliance repair technician to service your refrigerator.

My LG LFX25971ST quit making ice

First check to make sure that you are getting water into the ice tray. If not it is most likely the water inlet valve not supplying water to the ice maker.

If it isn't ejecting the ice, it could be either the motor or the thermostat.

Bottom Freezer has ice built up

Possibly the defrost element is faulty, this is located behind a cover in the back of the freezer compartment and is attached to the fins of the evaporator. It also has a defrost limit thermostat which could also be the problem. I presume that the fan is working after you have defrosted the unit?
