The phone may be in headset mode. If you can hear sounds through the headset but cannot hear sounds from the earpiece on the phone, it's in headset mode. Power down the phone and restart it. Otherwise no sound from the earpiece mean a bad earpiece.
Unfortunately no. The phone ringer has to be a certain volume for the
lifter microphone to pick up the ringing vibrations. If you put it to
low, you will not be alerted to the incoming calls. When you're at your
desk and can see the incoming calls, maybe then you can lower the
telephone ringer volume for some relief.
I have just bought a K850i. One time I calling somebody but I could not hear any sound from the phone.I could not hear its ringing when i make calls and cannot hear the voice of the person I am calling.I used the loudspeaker its work properly the voice quality is good. Please help me solve this problem.Thank you.
either the headset is not supported by Vista, or you need to right click on both speaker icons, normally coloured red and black and in the properties you need to see if your headset is listed as one of the microphone input devices, if you need to make the Logitech headset the default mic and not the windows generic mic.
If you do not see it in the properties then it may not be recognised by Vista.
