How do I change the number of rings before voice mail picks up on the dkt2020sd phone

Your programming is off by one hour. Check the system clock and make sure it is on local time. Some systems require a manual reset back and forth for daylight savings.If the clock wasn't corrected, this will account for the voice mail redirect. Thank You. Jerry

If you are using Call Frwd No Answer use code # 603 or if you are using Call Frwd Busy/NAns use # 604 in the following set up.

Press " Intercom/ PDN " plus above code ( #603 OR #604 )
Enter Destination ( Usually Voicemail Access Code )
Press " Speed Dial "
Enter time delay ( 08 - 60 sec )
Press " Redial "

Time delay is default at 12 sec ( 4 ring cycles )

The phone needs to be fowarded to voice mail. go to the phone press intercom# 604, dial the voice mail extension number , press the speed dial button, enter 16 for time then press redial

Log into mail box 999 and use sec code 999997 or just 997 and press 8 for admin functions. you might want to read the admin Guide
