Is it losing Battery power, or just not pumping? check connections, and pins on board connector. Failing that replace the board, if Battery voltage is been lost

Does it bog down? if so have engine checked for ability to deliver HP. Cylinder compression, leakdown test. When was it tuned?

sounds like u need a new fuel pump when u first start up fuel has seaped back to tank only when u crank it brings fuel back up then the speed keeps fuel ok , replce fuel pump shud b ok then.

shut fuel off at tank, pull fuel line off carb ,slowly turn on fuel if fuel flows freely(real good stream)your carb needs replacement(cant buy parts to rebuild EPA) if fuel just barely trickles out . there is a screen in the fuel tank that is probably clogged
