It has a very high probability of the pump being clogged. You can try removing the pump and vacuum the toner that is clogging the pump and put it back then test it. If not fixed by it you can also try the Force Toner Supply method.

Any electrical problems might have a bad board or memory issue

Unless the toner system is clogged up, it will go off automatically. Open and close the front door a couple of times.

Because you need to clean and shake the toner unit. When you say " ive been fixing" does it mean that you now what you are doing or?
If yes dismantle the toner unit and vacume it, it may be that toner stucked on "antena" for toner recognitions.

Black pages are indicative of a bad drum. A failing drum basically can't be charged anymore. Since the toner cartridge can't discern what part of the drum is calling for toner, it simply fills the whole page with toner, creating the black pages you describe. You should check the drum, and corona wire and clean both. If the problem returns, you have a bad drum and should replace it.

smudiging on the paper indicates either a bad toner or fuser. Start by replacing the toner cartridge. Be sure to pick up one made by the manufacturer. Sometimes reman toners can cause more trouble.

There could just be a lot of toner inside the printer, but it could also be the drum unit (which also collects the waste toner) is so full that it is leaking.

This typically happens when the 'replace drum' indication is reset without actually replacing the drum.

If you have reset this without replacing the drum, and the print count is in excess of 30,000, you probably just need to replace the drm unit.

if you have replaced the toner unit the main cpu is bad not realLY worth fixing but this is a very good copier you can get them on ebay , this the only copier you can refilll the toner unit for $6 & DRUM FOR $15 get a AL1655 best deal

Take out toner and shake up down . And put it again. may it will help you . Else let me know.
