Since each disk has a unique code you would have to contact ea support

Uninstall and reinstall the game. Reboot the game

Just move the hard drive to the new computer.

try looking up codes for sims games or asking a friend online or off if anyone has the same game maybe they will have the manual or product code that's how my kids found theirs they asked if any of their friends on facebook played the same game

This requires more technical support i would advise you to visit your service provider for assistance on this issue because for passwords in most cases they are changed from default and thus making it hard to guess and their is no specific break in code. however you could try these and see if they help:

Change call barring code **03*330*OldCode*NewCode*NewCode#©
default barring code is set to (5 zero's 00000) or 12345
