I have had a Juke for a little over a year. Yesterday while I was using it, it started vibrating and the screen when black. Only way to stop the vibrations was to take off the battery. When I replace the battery, nothing happens, but as soon as I touch any key the vibration begins again.

o well all you have to do is go to the store and then they will send you a new one and they will take yours to be looked at and make sure you didnt drop to hard or anything and then they will let you keep the new one and they will take your old one i hope i helped!

Make sure you go in settings and somewhere either under Profiles or Settings you should be able to make it vibrate. Or if there is a volume rocker on the side of the phone(usually two buttons with arrows, one pointing up and one pointing down) just use those and set it to vibrate. Hope I Helped!

Okay, here's your answer:
1. Open up your menu and go to "Settings"
2. Select "Sound"
3. Select "Alert Type"
4. And finally select ring and vibrate

Navigate to Settings > Sounds > Volume > Messages > Text Message. Vibrate on needs to be checked. Lower the ringer volume by clicking the left arrow.

You don't have to have the spindle... just go to "touch settings" and turn the vibrate on. I had the same problem.
