Yes, these are very simple to install. I'm not sure about your exact model but generally you just have to remove the top of the unit and the grill slides right up and out. It's only held in by the down pressure of the top being screwed on. Hope thus Helps : )

torque converter solenoid requires replacement. Look it up on Youtube for detailed replacement... it's not difficult, just be clean and have both a new think blade paint spatula and safety razor blade handy to scrape away the old gasket once you remove the old part. Use Simple Green to clean up the area all around it before you remove the old part... cleanliness is the key to prevent dirt and any old gasket remnants from ruining the new part your about to install.

Passenger door lack will not click on to interior lack of truck... Door will not closestuck in one position... How do I replace... I am tried of repairs on this car could i replace this myself...

You should be able to push this back into position by hand, or by using a flathead screwdriver. If it is literally stuck, then I suggest you replace it as you had mentioned.

This is something you can do yourself. Once you have the new piece, take the door panel off. There should be one or two screws that hold this piece in from the outside.

Make sure you examine the inside configuration before removing so you'll know how to hook up the new one (is not difficult).

Hook the new one up, put into place, and insert the screw(s).

Make sure the latch is in the open position so it will catch when closing the door. Also, before shutting the door, after the new unit is inserted and tightened, (leave door panel off) - test both the inside and outside handles to make sure they are functional.

If so, gently close the door and test to see if it shuts and open properly. If so, put door panel back on and you're good to go. You should not have any issues with this. If for some reason you do, please do not hesitate to contact me further. These are fairly simple units, so there should be no issues. They just wear out over time and simply need replaced.

Where can I find an Owner's manual for an Everglow Kerosene Heater or in structions on how to install the wick and burner.

First you need to get the shell off the unit, and get down to the main burner area. There should be 4 wing nuts holding the wick tower down to the fuel tank. These must be removed, and the wick and the adjuster apparatus removed up and over the top of the center tower. Having a towel or old rag handy to set the unit on when you get it off is a good idea, so you can work on it. Remove the old wick, taking care to see how the fabric band on the cloth wick is positioned on the bottom edge of the wick carrier band. Install the new wick at the same level as the old one on the carrier and set it aside. Make sure you clean the tower, especially all the black carbon buildup around the center and near the top. I use a wire brush on a cordless drill to buff the stuff off, works great. Remove the old kerosene from the tank and clean the tank best you can, then put the new wick inside the carrier, down on the tower, being careful to get the bottom portion of the wick down into the tank area, (it should be quite loose down there once you get the rest of the carrier on the tower. Make sure the whole apparatus sets down evenly and fairly easily on the bottom tank part and screw it down with the four wing nuts. I use a paper cup to pour clear, K1 kerosene onto the new wick all the way around the tower, then make sure it moves easily up and down with the height adjuster knob and while it's in a down position, pour some more kero in on it. You can pour several cups of kero on the new wick and then when it's working up and down well, turn it up and lite it before you put the whole thing all back together. It's best to do this outside as sometimes you can get smoking, if you don't get the flame spreader cage on quickly enough. Once it's on and the flames come up and look good, then turn it off, let it all cool off and you can put it back together. Remember, don't use anything but absolutely clean, clear, K1 Kerosene in the unit and burn it completely dry at least once a week, if you use it a lot. It's called dry burning, and it's a wick cleaning function. If you do this, the wick can last years and years.

Ignition of burners is difficult and uncertain.

remove the burner caps, or heads and check all of the ports to be sure they are not clogged. Also be sure that when you put them back that they go into the correct positions.

if your outside temp is wrong on your 2002 Envoy here is how you fix it. part number 15047946 sensor. looks like the wrong part..it's not. take the brace part off of it by pressing the clips and slide out the part you need. Loosen the 4-5 bolts from the top of the grill..attached to brace right on top of the grill..just pull the grill out about 3 inches..put your hand thru..it's driver side to the middle. original is grey box with connector. pull it out, reattach connector to new part and push the new piece in the hole..get the piece from the dealer..25.00...put screws back in grill brace. reset the temp by pressing front defrost, rear defrost and mode all at once. took me 15 minutes..and I'm a 55 year old girl:) you can do it!

Burner replacement on Ducane 30400040

Remove the 2 grill wire cooking racks by lifting them out of the top of the grill, next lift out to remove the 3 heat deflector panels which exposes the 3 burner tubes. Remove the 4 screws located on the outside flanks (2 on each side) of the 5-knob control panel assembly - then gently slide the knob control assembly outward and away from the grill just about an inch or two. You can now remove the old burner tubes and replace them with the new units. Then simply slide the control assembly back into the grill frame and replace/tighten the 4 screws. Voila`
