Hi feziwe tamba first pull the battery and the memory card from the phone. If you don't have a memory card I highly recommend you get one. BEST BUY MOBILE,WALMART, RADIO SHACK any retailer will have them. This solves to a few common problems. All phones have a limited memory space. I recommend a 8gb as the smallest one you want to put in your phone. Now depending on your carrier you need to make sure your phone has the data coverage also. You may not have enough data coverage for the webchat program. This sounds like a memory issue. Also how are you trying to open the web chat. just re install the blackberry operatind system software into ur fon from ur computer................and go on ....................or u can take off the battery and put it into again and press the return key when the red light goes off and till ur cell completly opens dont leave the return key..............it opens ur cell in safemode and u can deal with the error in safe mode
