Why is there a lot of frost in my woods v15nab freezer?

Unplug the drain tube by shooting hot water down it with a turkey baster. It is located underneath the evaporator.

have your door seals checked and the the thermostatic control checked out

Your model number does not show up online for me. Not surprising to me at all. One way to find out is to remove the service panel in the freezer. If you find a heater and a terminator you would know for sure it is a defrost model

its just the machine defrosting itself, let it wee until its empty, then switch back on and let it settle for 24hours before loading up with beer etc......

check your seals on the door and see if any on the compartments are broken because if the door is broken to the compartment it could be that the the cold and warmth is mixing causing your freezer to frost up temp could also be to high check all

I would look at the defrost control [sometimes they are defrost clocks]Maybe that the freezer is not defrosting.

Your freezer is low of freon.

check your door seal, by closing the door on a strip of newspaper all round the seal. this fault is usually air getting inside the freezer, it rises to the top making thick ice or snow.
